Planner Journal
A planner and journal that actually gives a sh*t about you — without making you feel like you're in a therapy waiting room. No jargon. No toxic positivity.
Neurodivergent-founded
Every product started as something that didn't exist and should have. No jargon. No toxic positivity. No wellness-industrial complex.
The things we made
Each one started the same way: something was missing, we got loud about it, and then we couldn't let it go until it existed.
A planner and journal that actually gives a sh*t about you — without making you feel like you're in a therapy waiting room. No jargon. No toxic positivity.
Hoodies and tees made for the families that still can't find themselves in the rest of the market. If it didn't exist, we made it.
Somewhere between "I need therapy" and "I need a to-do list" there was a gap. We fell into it and built an app. You're going to want this.
"Where do you want to eat?" "I don't mind, where do you want to eat?" You each swipe in secret. The moment you both say yes, dinner is decided.

Our story
We don't do market research first. We get obsessed first, and the research shows up to confirm we weren't the only ones.
Bouts of Enthusiasm is neurodivergent-founded, which is a tidy way of saying: we notice a gap, we cannot let it go, and roughly a thousand late nights later there's a product.
Every single thing we've made started as a problem in our own house — a journal that didn't talk down to us, apparel for families the market keeps forgetting, an app for the space between a to-do list and a therapist, and a way to answer "where should we eat" without anyone masking through it.
We're not building a wellness brand. We're building the stuff we already needed, and then handing it to you.
Say hello
Partnerships, press, wholesale, or just telling us what we got wrong — all of it lands in the same inbox and we actually read it.
